Winnie Lee

Winnie Lee has worked in the food industry since 2011. Winnie began their career as a Quality Assurance Executive at Singapore Food Delight Manufacturer Pte Ltd in 2011. In 2014, they moved to Dairy Farm Group as a Country Quality Assurance Manager. In 2018, they joined honestbee as a Regional Manager, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs, where they were responsible for strategic direction across all verticals and regions of the businesses, designing and implementing QMS/FSMS/WMS, e-commerce project and regulatory compliance management, supplier management, surveillance management, crisis management and people and stakeholders management. In 2019, they joined BreadTalk Group Pte Ltd as a Division Quality & Regulatory Compliance Manager. Currently, they are a Senior QA & Regulatory Manager at Next Gen Foods.

Winnie Lee obtained a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Nutrition from University Malaysia Sabah between 2007 and 2011.
