Mr. Ong Tiang Lock was appointed to the Board in May 2020. Before his appointment, Mr. Ong was the Chief Operating Officer of Kingkey Financial International (Holdings) Limited, a company listed on the mainboard of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange from April 2017 to March 2020 and was responsible for the Human Resources, Information Technology and day-to-day operations.
Mr. Ong has more than 30 years of experience in accounting, banking and finance in Hong Kong SAR, China, Singapore, Malaysia and the USA. He began his career with an international accounting firm with postings in Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur and New York with the Financial Services Group. He has also previously held senior positions in various listed companies in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore
Mr. Ong is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute. Mr. Ong holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (with distinction) from the University of Hull.

The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the business of providing satellite-based services to various industries, such as educational and financial institutions; telecommunications services, and data center services. The Company's segments include Indonesia, Hong Kong, People's Republic of China and Others. Its operations include over three businesses, such as sale of satellite communications equipment and provision of satellite-based communication services; building, operating and leasing of base station controllers for universal service obligation sites to enable telecommunication services in remote areas, and provision of data center, international network and engineering services. It installs satellite access points and supplies satellite broadband services to schools and specialized institutions in provinces of Hubei, Hunan, Guizhou, Guangxi, Fujian, Shenzhen and Tibet.
