Jeffrey Egler has worked in a variety of medical positions since 2005. Jeffrey began their career as a Physician at Barton Family Medicine/Tahoe Family Physicians in 2005. In 2010, they became an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Southern California. In 2015, they moved to LifeSpan Medicine as an Executive Physician. In 2016, they became a Medical Director/Physician at Parsley Health. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Adventist Health as a Physician Executive/Leadership/Medical Director, where they also served as the Medical Director of Inspire Health Center. Currently, they are a Medical Director at NEXT|HEALTH.

Jeffrey Egler began their educational journey in 1990 when they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Life Science from Penn State University. Jeffrey then attended Drexel University College of Medicine, where they obtained a Doctor of Medicine in 2000. Following this, they completed an Internship and Residency in the Family Medicine Residency Program at the University of Colorado School of Medicine from 2000 to 2003. In 2004 and 2005, they completed an Academic Medicine/Faculty Development Fellowship in the Family Medicine Residency Program at the University of California, Los Angeles. In 2012 and 2014, they completed a Master of Arts in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. Additionally, they hold an Advanced Certification in Life Support (ACLS) and is a Certified Practitioner (Certification Eligible) from the Institute of Functional Medicine.
