Harry Ellis III began their career in 1998 as Vice President of Information Technology & Senior Network Engineer at Next Horizon Makes Sense. In this role, they were responsible for making sense of technology, social media, SEO, and web design. In 2010, they joined Making the Difference OUTREACH as CIO & BOD Member. In this role, they helped non-profit partners with immediate needs that had an impact on the community, such as mentoring a child, feeding/sponsoring a hungry senior, and donating unwanted items. Harry also encouraged employers of choice to give back to the community by allowing their employees one paid day off per year to volunteer.

Harry Ellis III has a diverse educational background. Harry attended Seminole State College of Florida from 1998 to 1999, where they earned an Associate of Science in both Microsoft Computer Engineering and Cisco Engineering. Harry then attended the University of Central Florida from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Technology. Following this, they attended the University of Central Florida from 2010 to 2011, where they earned a Master of Science in Computer Forensics. In 2014, they also attended Leadership Seminole. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Certified Novel Administrator (CNA), Certified Sonicwall Security Administrator (CSSA), Cisco Certified Firewall Specialist (CCFS), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP), Comptia A+ Computer Technican, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
