Jennifer Arcese

Jennifer Arcese is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Director of Service and Rochester Site Lead at Next Insurance since October 2021, Jennifer previously held the position of Director of Client Experience at AP Intego Insurance Group, LLC from April 2008 to December 2021. Prior to that, Jennifer worked as a Claims Adjuster at GEICO from October 2005 to February 2007. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology, with a minor in Applied Research, from Buffalo State University, where studies were completed between September 1998 and May 2002.
