Nirja Patel

Nirja Patel's work experience includes serving as a Data Reporting Analyst at Next Insurance since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Actuarial Data Analyst at the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau (WCIRB) from October 2019 to May 2022. Nirja also held the position of Actuarial Assistant II at Protective Life from June 2016 to September 2019. Before that, they worked as a Risk Management Intern at Protective Life in May to July 2015. Their earlier experience includes an internship as a Bankruptcy Intern at the US Small Business Administration in June to July 2013.

Nirja Patel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Birmingham-Southern College, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's of Engineering in Data Science at the University of California, Riverside, which they started in 2021 and will complete in 2023.
