Yuxi Chen

Yuxi Chen has worked as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning at Next Insurance since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Scientist at BlueVine from October 2019 to February 2022. Yuxi also worked as a Data Scientist at QuaEra Insights from March 2019 to September 2019. Their earliest work experience was as a Student Data Scientist at The Raymond Corporation from November 2017 to May 2018.

Yuxi Chen completed a Master's degree in Applied Statistics from Cornell University from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, Yuxi Chen obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Boston University.

In addition to their formal education, Yuxi Chen has also obtained several certifications. They completed the "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter Tuning, Regularization, and Optimization" and "Neural Networks and Deep Learning" courses from Coursera in February 2021. They also obtained the "SAS Base Programming for SAS 9" certification from SAS in November 2017. Moreover, Yuxi Chen has certifications in non-academic domains, including "Open Water Diver" from Scuba Schools International in August 2015 and "Private Pilot" from the Federal Aviation Administration in February 2015.
