Karen Olivas

Karen Olivas has extensive experience in quality assurance and production management within the apparel industry. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at Next Level Apparel since December 2021, Karen directs and plans policies to ensure product quality across all levels of the company. Previous roles include Production Superintendent at Kontoor Brands, Inc. and VF Jeanswear, where responsibilities included overseeing production efficiency and meeting quality timelines. Earlier in Karen's career, positions such as Manager Quality Control and various coordinator roles at Next Level Apparel and other companies contributed to a robust background in quality management and production efficiency. Karen holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Quality Management from Universidad Centroamericana in Managua.
