Tania Cortes Garcia

Tania Cortes Garcia is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Coordinador de RR. HH. at Next Level Apparel since October 2022, Tania manages all aspects of hiring, payroll, and employee benefits while overseeing social activities and training initiatives. Previous roles include Jefe de Recursos Humanos at COMSERSA, where Tania provided HR services to multiple companies, and Responsable de Contrataciones y Nómina at Grupo Industrial el Granjero, leading recruitment and payroll functions. Tania began a career in HR as Responsable de Recursos Humanos for Restaurante Mi Viejo Ranchito and initially worked as a Tecnico de Recursos Humanos at SINSA. Tania holds a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Politécnica de Nicaragua.
