Mike Blumenstock has a track record of driving profitable growth and leading turnarounds. He brings a broad marketing, sales, and general management perspective to business challenges. He has a unique blend of Fortune 100 background married with deep experience in smaller, more nimble businesses. From his early experience at Quaker Oats and Tenneco, he brings analytics, precision, best practices, and executional excellence to projects. As a result of his years leading small companies like Thule, Head, and Yuasa; he creates “common sense” solutions that fit with the client’s human and financial resources to drive improved performance.

Next Level has completed projects for a wide variety of products; power winches, firearms, solar panels, in-home soda makers, bicycles, in-ground swimming pool components, eyewear for the shooting sports, construction equipment, and a hydration drink concentrate to name a few.

Prior to founding Next Level, Mike held senior marketing/sales roles with; Head scuba gear, Yuasa powersport batteries, Bolder Tech jump starters, Thule car racks, Hinckley Springs bottled water, Dacor scuba gear, Tenneco Automotive, and Quaker Oats.

Under Mike's leadership, brands have won industry awards for new products, package design, catalogs, in-store displays, public relations, and customer service. His teams have introduced over $150 million in new products, crafted a promotion that set sales and profit records for 3 consecutive months, and developed strategy that increased sales 300% and profitability 500%.

Mike earned his M.B.A. in General Management at the Harvard Business School after graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a B.B.A. in Finance. He is a member of the Executive Forum and Marketing Executives Networking Group, where he previously served on the Board of Directors. He has been a guest lecturer at Sacred Heart University and Rutgers University. His sports passions are basketball and skiing. Mike resides in Weston, CT with his wife and twin sons.
