Jeff Houser, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Lead Consultant at Next Level Benefits LLC, where responsibilities include advising executives on performance management, executive compensation, and organizational strategy. Previous experience includes working as an HR Contractor for the Center for Supportive Schools, Director of Human Resources at the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania, and Director of Recruiting & Staffing Services at Carnegie Mellon University. Throughout a diverse career, Jeff has successfully transformed HR functions, created essential documentation, implemented compliance improvements, and fostered diversity and inclusion initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from La Roche University, a Bachelor of Science in General Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and additional credentials in MBA Essentials and Applied Project Management.
