Marita Schmeller

Marita Schmeller is a highly experienced professional in talent acquisition and business growth, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Next Level Coffee GmbH since August 2025. Prior to this role, Marita worked at Netlight as both a Talent & Growth Associate Consultant and Analyst from November 2023 to July 2025. Marita co-founded meiæs, holding the position of CMO from June 2022 to August 2023, and also gained experience in inside sales at 1KOMMA5° and as a Junior Venture Architect at Bridgemaker. Early career experiences include internships at Lufthansa Cargo and BMW UK in production management and material flow planning, respectively. Marita holds a Master of Science in Impact Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Nova School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor's degree in European Business Studies from OTH Regensburg. Additional educational experience includes studies at Turku University of Applied Sciences.
