Brian Maready

Brian Maready is the Principal and Healthcare Practice Leader at NEXT LEVEL Partners, LLC, with a background in Lean Six Sigma principles. Previously, Brian served as President of LeanBuilt, Inc, focusing on operational transformations and design solutions. Brian also held roles at Danaher Corporation, Goodrich Aerospace, and Ingersoll Rand, with experience in business transformation, engineering, and management. Additionally, Brian served in the United States Army Reserve as a Non-Commissioned Officer. Brian holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and a Certificate in Finance and Accounting from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
