Chad Bridges

Chad Bridges is an accomplished educational leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in academic administration and youth sports. As the Founder and President of Bridges United since January 2021, Chad has established a strong presence in the community. At The Pennington School, Chad has served in various roles since August 2006, including Associate Head of School, Head Boys Soccer Coach, Teacher, Dean of Students, and Assistant Headmaster. Additionally, Chad co-founded NEXT LEVEL SOCCER ACADEMY INC in June 2007 and was President of Next Level Soccer Academy from March 2018 to July 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Team Leader in the Bloomberg Law Department from July 2000 to August 2005. Chad holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Drew University.
