Brian Loy

Brian Loy has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Brian started their career as an Accountant at L&E Management in 1994. From there, they worked as a Senior Consultant and Senior Accountant at SCB Computer Technology, where they oversaw software implementation and managed financial processes. In 1998, they joined OneNeck IT Services as a Principal Consultant, leading finance managed services and coordinating support for clients. After that, Brian held positions at Asurion and Community Health Systems before joining Deloitte as a PMO Portfolio Leader in 2018. Brian then worked at Amazon as a Principal Program Manager and at Newfold Digital as a Senior Director of PMO in 2021 and 2022, respectively. Currently, Brian is Director of Project Management at Next Level Solutions, a position they have held since 2023.

Brian Loy obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In terms of additional certifications, they are a Certified SAFe® 5 Release Train Engineer, Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, Certified SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager, and a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, all obtained from Scaled Agile, Inc. Brian is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and holds a CompTIA Project+ certification.
