Jake Milam is a Technical Lead at Next Level Solutions since March 2021, bringing extensive experience in user interface and software development. Prior roles include User Interface Architect at Duck Creek Technologies, where guidance was provided to clients on Duck Creek Software implementations, and User Interface Team Lead for a large US Insurance Carrier, responsible for designing the first responsive version of Express 2. At Accenture, Jake served as a User Interface Developer, customizing UIs for over 30 insurance carriers using various technologies. Earlier experience includes roles as a Product Analyst and Software Engineer at BriteCore, contributing to the design and development of insurance software products. Jake Milam holds a degree from Drury University earned between 2004 and 2008.
