Thomas Johns is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the InsurTech industry. Currently serving as Director at Next Level Solutions since October 2022, Thomas focuses on enhancing customer InsurTech services and platforms. Previously, as Owner and Consultant at Root Signa from October 2019 to October 2022, Thomas specialized in accelerating insurance premium growth by customizing InsurTech solutions for client organizations. Earlier roles included Support Engineering Director at BriteCore, where Thomas advanced from software engineer to lead in project management, and experience in software development at Missouri State University. Thomas began a career in aviation as an Avionics Technician in the United States Air Force, earning the USAF Achievement Medal for Meritorious Service. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Missouri State University.
