Michael Cole

Michael Cole is the President of Next Level Technician, a training and staffing organization established in August 2018 that focuses on accelerating careers in cabling technology. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Senior Account Executive at Accu-Tech Corporation from December 2013 to December 2022, a company recognized as a national distributor of various communication and security solutions. Michael also owned and operated a Subway franchise from November 2011 to June 2014, successfully leading a team of 7-8 employees. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business, earned from January 2005 to January 2007, and graduated with a diploma from Hickory High School in January 2002.
