Andrea Nwosu

Andrea Nwosu has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Andrea started their career as a Registered Nurse at HCA Houston Healthcare from March 2011 to January 2013. Following that, they worked at Memorial Hermann Health System as a Registered Nurse from January 2013 to May 2014.

Andrea then joined Houston Methodist in March 2017, where they provided nursing care to patients with complex neurological diseases and disorders. Andrea also assisted in post-operative care and collaborated with physicians to deliver appropriate treatment. Andrea'sresponsibilities included medication administration, IV insertion, and training new nurses. Andrea worked at Houston Methodist until May 2019.

From January 2013 to October 2019, Andrea worked at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions as a Registered Nurse. Andrea then joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in November 2018 and served as a Registered Nurse until October 2020.

Andrea's most recent work experience includes a role at Memorial Hermann Health System from December 2019 to December 2021. During this time, they provided care to a variety of acute care patients in different hospital units. Andrea'sresponsibilities involved coordinating with the interdisciplinary care team, assessing patients' home environments, and providing direct patient care.

An important part of Andrea's career journey is their most recent position as a Clinical Research Nurse at Next Level Urgent Care, LLC, which they started in August 2022.

Andrea Nwosu received their Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2011. Andrea went on to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the same university which they completed in 2020. Furthermore, they have obtained additional certifications including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) from The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) in August 2022, and Certified Dangerous Goods Professional (CDGP) from Mayo Clinic, also in August 2022.
