Madison Kaylo

Madison Kaylo is an experienced product leader with a strong background in product management, design, and user experience. Currently serving as Product Lead at Next Matter since July 2023, Madison previously contributed to Personio as the first product hire, driving the development of a successful Beta product in support of a $470M strategic vision. Prior to that, Madison worked at Hootsuite, focusing on user activation, and at Process Street, where foundational product discovery processes were established, enabling a $12M Series A funding round. Madison's earlier roles include UX engineering and user experience design at Machool Technologies and WildBrain, where significant improvements in product usability were achieved. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Management with Honours from The University of British Columbia and a degree in Digital Design with Honours from Vancouver Film School.
