Michael Guan

Michael Guan has worked for a variety of companies since 2010. Michael began their career with an internship at Bayer Technology Services in 2010. Michael then completed an internship and Bachelor's Thesis at ABB in 2013. After this, they completed an internship at BMW Brilliance Automotive in 2014. In 2016, they worked as a Student Research Assistant at Fraunhofer-Institut für Produktionstechnologie IPT and a Master Thesis Student at MAN Diesel & Turbo. In 2017, they worked as a Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Company. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Research Associate at the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Group at RWTH Aachen University. Currently, they are working as an EMEA Success Partner at Next Matter.

Michael Guan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University from 2010 to 2014. In 2015, they completed a Study Abroad Program in Business/Commerce at UNSW. Michael then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University from 2015 to 2017. In May 2019, they were certified as a ScrumMaster (CSM) by the Scrum Alliance.
