Katie Lay

Katie Lay is an accomplished Senior Womenswear Designer with extensive experience in nightwear and loungewear. Currently overseeing the Nightwear & Loungewear department at Next Ltd since April 2018, Katie manages a team and student placements. Previously, Katie led the Jasper Conran sleepwear range at Debenhams and worked on various consultancy projects involving soft casualwear. With a proven track record in expanding and innovating women's nightwear, lounge, and beachwear at both Next and Abercrombie & Fitch, Katie has consistently driven sales growth and trend interpretation throughout various roles. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Marketing from Northumbria University and A Levels in Graphic Design, Photography, and Business Studies from Prior Pursglove College.
