Paul Sheldon

Paul Sheldon is a highly experienced retailer with 30 years in senior roles, currently serving as the Head of Licensing at Next. They possess extensive knowledge in fashion buying, design, sourcing, manufacturing, and merchandising, as well as managing premium and luxury brand partnerships and licenses. Previously, Paul has held significant positions, including Buying & Merchandising Director at Moss Bros. Group Plc and Buying Director at Burton (Arcadia Group). Paul also worked as a Retail Consultant from 2017 to 2019 and held roles at Next and Next Sourcing Limited earlier in their career. They are currently pursuing a BA in Textile Design at Loughborough College of Art & Design.
