Zoe Pearson

Zoe Pearson serves as the Divisional Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager at Next Distribution Limited since June 2023, after holding the position of Head of Health, Safety, CSR, and Charity at Wilko from February 2022 to June 2023. With 18 years of experience at Wilko, Zoe Pearson started as the Group Health and Safety Manager and transitioned through various roles, including project management and business transformation, following a five-year development program beginning in 2008. After a maternity leave in 2014, Zoe Pearson returned to health and safety management and was promoted to Head of Health and Safety. Zoe Pearson earned a BA Honours in Business and Finance with Marketing Management from Northumbria University between 1994 and 1997.
