Danielle Cardoso Dias Mello has a diverse work experience history. Danielle started their career as a Trainee-Internship at CPqD in 2014, where they worked in the telecommunications billing sector. Danielle then worked as a Waitress at Restaurant Charcoal Grill in Ireland, where they gained experience in customer service and order taking. Danielle joined IBM in 2016 as a QA Analyst, where they were responsible for reading and understanding requirements, performing tests, and validating integrations between web sites and systems. Danielle then interned at Samsung Electronics as a Software Tester, where they created and analyzed software tests for mobile phones. Danielle also worked at Programmer's - Beyond IT as a QA Analyst, managing the entire test process and demonstrating releases to clients. At CI&T, Danielle held multiple roles, including Quality Assurance and Scrum Master - Senior Leader, where they developed and managed timelines, led scrum implementations, and supported product owners in determining project scope and objectives. Currently, they are working at Next Reason as a Project Manager.

In 2011 to 2013, they attended Osmar Passarelli Silveira Professor Cemep - Paulínia - SP, where they completed their high school education along with a computer technician program. In 2015, they attended Galway Business School for a short duration to study General English. From 2016 to 2020, Danielle pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at Centro Universitário Salesiano de São Paulo. Danielle has recently earned their Master's degree in Project Management, specializing in Business Administration, from the same university in 2022 to 2023.
