Patrick Kilpatrick has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Patrick started their career as a Kitchen Manager at Time Out Restaurant in 1992, where they supervised kitchen staff, managed supplies, and maintained cleanliness. From 1999 to 2003, Kilpatrick worked as a Company Manager at Repertory Theater of America, recruiting and motivating touring actors, managing assets, and addressing any issues during performances.

In 2003, Kilpatrick joined T. Rowe Price as an Investor Center Specialist, advising clients on financial matters and obtaining NASD licenses. Patrick then worked at American Pool as a Regional Account Manager from 2008 to 2010, building and managing client relationships, mentoring supervisors, and generating sales.

From 2010 to 2016, Kilpatrick served as the Director of Programming at Chesapeake Shakespeare Company, overseeing production management, creating and analyzing budgets, and hiring and guiding production staff. Patrick then transitioned to the tech industry, working as a Software Developer at MassLight from 2018 to 2019, where they contributed to bug fixes and application improvements using Java and Tapestry framework.

In 2019, Kilpatrick joined Raytheon as a Software Engineer, before moving to Next Rev Technologies later that year in the same role. At Next Rev Technologies, they specialize in modernizing a legacy application through AWS and utilizing Java Spring Boot.

In addition to their various roles, Kilpatrick attended a coding training program at Coding Dojo in 2017, where they earned Black Belts in building full-stack Python and Ruby.

Patrick Kilpatrick earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General from Truman State University. In addition, they obtained several certifications related to Amazon Web Services (AWS), including AWS Certified Security - Specialty in September 2021, AWS Certified Developer - Associate in May 2020, and Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner in April 2020.
