Alema Pelesić is an experienced professional in entrepreneurship, marketing, and investor relations, currently serving as an Associate Consultant at Blum Institut since February 2025 and as a Co-Founder of Elevate.ba since July 2023. With a strong focus on supporting startups in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Alema leads marketing initiatives for the Association for Internet Trade in BiH eComm, manages investor relations for early-stage biotech companies at Next Sequence®, and has coordinated the BOLD Fellowship for Entrepreneurship with Entrepreneurs for Global Change. Other roles include contributions to Finance in Motion, RZLT | Rezolut, and community engagement through the Non-Governmental Organization DOIT. Alema holds an MBA from International Burch University and a Bachelor’s degree in Genetics from the University of Sarajevo.
