Alexei Zhurba

Alexei Zhurba currently serves as the Chief Product & Marketing Officer at Next Step Fusion, specializing in tokamak simulation software and ML-based plasma control systems since July 2023. Additionally, Zhurba holds investment and advisory roles at Maximize Capital and EGI GROUP, while also being an investor in multiple organizations. Previously, Zhurba was the Chief Technology Officer at Palta, overseeing the development of digital health products from September 2020 to June 2023, and served as the Chief Product Officer for Yandex.Market from April 2019 to August 2020. Zhurba has extensive experience at Wargaming.net, starting as a Product Manager and advancing to Product Director of the Publishing Platform between October 2011 and November 2018. Early career experiences include a significant tenure at IBM (ScienceSoft) as a Senior SIEM Consultant and Project Manager, after starting as a System Administrator at Atex-Computers. Zhurba has pursued multiple Mini MBAs in Marketing and Management and is currently participating in INSEAD's program focused on sustainable global business.
