Sarah Stamboulie

Sarah Stamboulie is a seasoned career consultant and executive coach, currently leading Stamboulie Consulting and serving as a Principal at Next Step Partners since 2012. With extensive experience in human resources, Sarah previously held positions as Vice President of Human Resources at Cantor Fitzgerald and Morgan Stanley, and as a Program Manager at Aventa. Sarah also directed the alumni career development program at Columbia Business School, providing guidance to 36,000 alumni. Sarah's educational background includes an MBA in Management and Human Resources from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Psychology from Vassar College.
