Joy Pratcher

Joy Pratcher has held a variety of roles in the business industry since 1999. Joy began their career as a Partner at James E. McMillan, PC in 1999. In 2005, they moved to EMI Music Publishing as the Sr. Director of Content Management. In 2010, they became the COO/Sports Agent (NBA) at 6 Sports. In 2012, Joy co-founded Next Step Staffing, a boutique, full service information technology placement firm. In 2019, they co-founded One of One Productions Studio and became a Board Member at PHILANTHROPIK INC.

Joy Pratcher completed their education history with a JD from St. John's University School of Law between 1999 and 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Hampton University in English Language and Literature, General from 1995 to 1999. Her education began at Townsend Harris where they earned their Diploma in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities between 1991 and 1995.
