Jens-Ole Nielsen

Jens-Ole Nielsen currently serves as Vice President and Head of Production at MAN Energy Solutions since September 2016, and as Chairman of the Board at NEXT - UDDANNELSE KØBENHAVN since May 2018, overseeing Denmark's largest provider of secondary education. With extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations, including ownership of Nielsen Consult, Jens-Ole has held board positions at DI - Dansk Industri, contributing as a member of the Regional Industripolitisk Udvalg and as a board member in DI Hovedstaden. Jens-Ole's previous roles include Factory Manager at Alfa Laval and Managing Director at GEA Food Solutions A/S, among others. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and a Graduate Diploma from Copenhagen Business School, a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from DTU, and completion of management courses at INSEAD and Crestcom International.
