Dolna Roy

Dolna Roy is currently a Senior Executive in the People & Culture department at NEXT Ventures since January 2023. Prior to that, Dolna held a similar role at TechnoSoft Integration. Dolna also has experience as a Human Resources Executive at Alesha Tech Limited and ST Knitwear. Dolna is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Consumer and Digital Marketing Analytics from Bangor University, and Dolna holds a Masters degree in Industrial relations and labour studies from the University of Dhaka.
