Luke Finn has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and consulting industry. Luke started their career at Hays in 2014 as a Recruitment Consultant and worked there until 2015. Luke then joined Penta Consulting as a Recruitment Consultant from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, Luke joined Next Ventures as a Senior Consultant specializing in sourcing niche IT talent for international clients. Luke later progressed to the role of Principal Consultant and currently holds the position of Team Lead - Information & Cyber Security at Next Ventures. Luke's expertise lies in recruiting for permanent or contract/interim roles in areas such as SAP, Data, Business Applications, Development & Integration, and Cloud & Infrastructure.
Luke Finn attended the University of Portsmouth from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise.
