Ben Buettell

Ben Buettell is a highly experienced finance professional currently serving as Managing Partner at Next Wave Partners since May 2023. Previously, Ben held positions as Board Member at Fusion Acquisition Corp. II until December 2023 and as Co-Founder and Former Partner at R7 Partners from 2013 to July 2023. Additional roles include Board Observer at Pivot and Board Member at AIRY:3D. Notably, Ben was involved with Fusion Acquisition Corp., which successfully merged with MoneyLion Inc., now listed on the NYSE. Earlier in their career, Ben served as Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey for over two decades. Ben holds an MBA in Finance and Management Policy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
