Jason Goertzen

Jason Goertzen has a diverse work experience in finance and consulting roles spanning over several companies. Jason currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at NEXTAFF since July 2021. Previously, they worked as the Owner of Peak Business Solutions, LLC, providing fractional/interim CFO consulting services for various industries. Jason also held the position of Vice President Finance at Stahl Specialty Co. from March 2020 to July 2021. Prior to that, they were the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer at PKC Commercial Construction, where they played a key role in strategic planning, company restructuring, and policy development from October 2015 to September 2019. Jason has also served as a Senior Finance Consultant at Mercury IC, LLC, assisting in cost restructuring and serving as part-time CFO for a construction company. Additionally, they held the position of Treasurer/CFO at Damon Pursell Construction Company, overseeing financial management, strategic planning, risk management, and leading the company through a successful Chapter 11 reorganization. Jason began their career as a Supervisor in the Audit Department at BKD, LLP. Overall, they bring a wealth of experience in finance, strategic planning, restructuring, and consulting to diverse industries.
