Matt Pauly

Matt Pauly has a diverse work experience. Matt currently holds the role of President at NEXTAFF, where they help businesses recruit, screen, and hire quality talent using the proprietary process called X-FACTOR. Prior to this, they worked as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones, serving individual investors, business owners, executives, and retirees. Matt also served as the Manager of Staffing and Recruiting at ONE Gas, where they managed the staffing and recruiting functions. Before that, they worked at Williams, Williams & McKissick as the Director of Human Resources and the Recruiting Manager. Matt started their career as a Corporate Recruiter at Berendsen Fluid Power and then worked as an Executive Recruiter at Adecco.
