Anne Ferguson

Anne Ferguson currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at NextAfter since June 2025. Prior to this role, Anne held the position of Vice President of Programs at The Mentoring Alliance from May 2020 to July 2025. Anne has extensive experience in program management, having worked as Chief Program Officer and Chief of Staff at Family Legacy from January 2011 to April 2020. Additionally, Anne served as Sr. Education Specialist at the Dallas Children's Advocacy Center from June 2006 to February 2011. Anne earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Social Work from Baylor University, completing studies in 2006.
