McKendree Hickory

McKendree Hickory, PhD, is an accomplished professional in leadership development and organizational psychology. Currently serving as Head of Coaching at NextArrow since September 2023, McKendree leads initiatives aimed at fostering courage, candor, and compassion in the workplace. Previous roles include Head of Facilitation and Director of Performance & Development at LifeLabs Learning, where McKendree drove the strategy and growth of the Facilitation Team and contributed to internal strategy for achieving organizational success. With a background in leadership training and diversity consulting across various organizations, including InVision and the Center for Leadership Research and Development, McKendree possesses extensive experience in creating impactful learning and development experiences. Additionally, McKendree holds a PhD and MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University, alongside a BASc in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University.
