Roland convinces with many years of experience in the areas of organizational development and leadership coaching. He worked as a leadership consultant and organizational developer at Runtastic and is a coach by conviction. Roland exudes calm, and always manages to put people in the foreground and to see what connects before what divides. At Leaders21 he is responsible for the Leadership Training & Coaching department. He combines extensive theoretical knowledge with exciting insights from his many years of experience. This mixture makes the hobby actor a valuable companion for the customers.
