Dr Marcin Chomiuk

Dr. Marcin Chomiuk (PhD) currently serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Nextbike by TIER and as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Podanfol. Since January 2007, Dr. Chomiuk has been a Partner and Legal Advisor at JDP. In September 2023, involvement with the Polish National Securities Market Association was undertaken as a Member of the Program Council for the XXIV Conference on the Capital Market. Previous experience includes serving as a Marshall in the High Court of Justice, legal and startup advising for the Polish-German Chamber of Commerce, and an internship in the Law Department at Deutsche Bank. Dr. Chomiuk holds a Doctorate in Law from Kozminski University and has studied at several prestigious institutions, including the Max Planck Institute and the University of Warsaw. Education also includes a Master's Degree in Law from Uniwersytet w Białymstoku and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
