Jakub Giza

Jakub Giza is a seasoned professional in urban mobility and public relations, currently holding the position of Director of Sustainable Urban Mobility Development and Director of Bicycle Systems Development at Nextbike Polska SA since February 2017. Giza has previously served as a Chief PR Specialist at the Main Office of Geodesy and Cartography from January 2009 to July 2017 and held various roles related to education at the City Hall of Ciechocinek. Giza's earlier career includes positions as an editor-in-chief and journalist at media outlets in Ciechocinek. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Public Relations from the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences, a postgraduate degree in Public Administration from Nicolaus Copernicus University, and a Master’s degree in Journalism from the University of Warsaw, along with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Social Sciences with a specialization in Journalism from the Higher School of Journalism.
