Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager at Juma Al Majid Group, where Alia directed HR processes and annual salary reviews, leading a team of 20. Additional roles encompassed HR positions at EMC, Global Information Technology, Itsalat International Company, and Epicor Software, with a strong foundational education in Hospitals Management from Applied Science University.
