Jillian Desroches, MBA

Jillian Desroches, MBA, serves as the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at NextCare since November 2022. Previously, Jillian held the position of Senior Financial Analyst in FP&A at Cadence Education from September 2020 to May 2022 and worked at Clarivate as a Senior Financial Analyst for Global Business Centers from July 2018 to September 2020. In earlier roles at Grand Circle Corporation, Jillian advanced from Staff Accountant to Financial Analyst and later to Worldwide Contracting Inventory Analyst, managing significant inventory assets and providing financial insights. Earlier career experience includes positions at Gateways Community Services and State Farm Insurance. Jillian earned an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting/Finance from Southern New Hampshire University.
