NextChapter Inc.
NextChapter is a startup founded in 2021 that has garnered approximately 27.5 billion KRW (US$21M) in cumulative investments, enabling the acquisition and operation of over 10 brands. As the first brand aggregator in South Korea, we consistently experience explosive growth. Aligned with our mission, “Good Products to Great Brands,” we identify and acquire brands with exceptional product quality but facing challenges in realizing their full potential due to issues in operations, distribution, marketing, and funding. We strive to create a world where excellent products are more widely recognized by consumers. With a vision to become the next-generation global consumer brand company surpassing P&G, Unilever, and L’Oréal, NextChapter aspires to be: 1. A brand company at the forefront of utilizing AI technology and data. 2. A company fostering national consumer brands with overwhelming dominance on major marketplaces like Coupang and Naver Shopping. 3. A company expanding outstanding Korean brands into the global market. 4. A company achieving stable and rapid growth through repetitive brand acquisitions and operations. Having secured a seed investment of approximately 7.5 billion KRW from prominent domestic and international VC and angel investors, including BlueRun Ventures/BRV Capital Management, Goodwater Capital, Klim Ventures, Fast Ventures, Sandbox Network, and Mr. Kim Sang-Hun, former CEO of Naver, NextChapter successfully completed a Series A investment of 20 billion KRW in August 2022 from BRV Capital Management and Klim Ventures. Founded just three years ago, NextChapter currently boasts a team of nearly 60 top talents dedicated day and night to the mission of “Good Products to Great Brands.” In our commitment to building the best team, we never compromise on talent acquisition. We invite future NextChapter members who aspire to grow rapidly with the best team to join us.
