Abby Durant has extensive experience in human resources and employee experience, currently serving as an Employee Experience Partner at NEXTDC since August 2020, where previous roles included People & Culture Advisor and People & Culture Coordinator. Prior to joining NEXTDC, Abby worked at Hays as a Service Delivery Coordinator from October 2018 to August 2020 and gained experience as a Sales Assistant at Freedom Australia from July 2013 to October 2018. Additionally, a brief tenure as a Client Support Officer at Ezidebit occurred in 2016. Abby Durant holds a Bachelor of Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources from The University of Queensland, completed between 2014 and 2019.
