Kainaaz Variava

Kainaaz Variava is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in design and project management. Currently serving as the Lead Design Manager of Architecture at NEXTDC since June 2023, Kainaaz previously held roles such as Project Designer at GREENBOX Architecture and Designer in Architecture & Urban Design at GHDWoodhead. Notable projects include contributions to the Clyde Development Centre, various defence projects across NSW, QLD, and WA, and significant infrastructure designs for Transport for NSW. Kainaaz began the career journey as an Architectural Intern at Raja Aederi Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from UNSW, complemented by a secondary education at Abu Dhabi Indian School.
