Chris Nguyen

Chris Nguyen has held a variety of roles in the professional and technology/IT services industries. In 2001, they began their career as a Store Manager at PCS Smartmart. Chris then moved to Cingular Wireless in 2003, where they served as a Store Manager and grew revenue by 250% year over year. In 2010, they became a Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President at Robert Half International, where they grew Accountemps by 55% year over year and OfficeTeam by 34% year over year. In 2012, they became Chairman of Communications at the Institute of Management Accountants. In 2015, they were appointed Managing Director of Randstad Professionals: Finance & Accounting, Human Resources. In 2017, they took on the role of Director at Tatum, a Randstad company. In 2018, they were promoted to Area Vice President at Adecco. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Managing Partner & Co-Founder of NextDeavor Executive Search.

Chris Nguyen has a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Los Angeles, which they earned in 2009. Their field of study was Communication Studies with a focus on Interpersonal Communication and Language Behaviors. Chris is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree from City University of Seattle, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Their field of study is Human Resources and Finance.
