Shane Dempsey

Shane Dempsey currently serves as the CSU Turnover & Completions Manager at NextDecade since March 2025, following an extensive career in project management and real estate investment. Previously, Shane worked as the Project Completions Manager at Freeport LNG, where responsibilities included overseeing a $15 billion LNG expansion project and coordinating project completion deliverables. Shane also held various roles at CH2M HILL Engineers, culminating in Project Manager positions that encompassed significant power and water projects with a strong focus on budget management and stakeholder collaboration. Education includes an Associate's degree in Business Administration and certifications in Project Management, alongside a solid foundation in mechanical engineering and quality control from roles at TIC The Industrial Company and CH2MHILL.
