From a founding engineer of India team, to taking an “entrepreneurial plunge”, and finally becoming a startup-ready Principal Software Engineer with a demonstrated leadership experience of leading, guiding and ramping up a product development team, I was responsible for:
● Leading a team of successful senior software engineers which owned a business-critical aspect of the cyber security
company
● Forming a team of senior software engineers that successfully achieved the healthcare company’s annual goal
● Handling business impact of a healthcare software customer by unblocking patient care
● End to end ownership of product features right from inception to delivery for an AI-driven cyber risk company
● Communicating effectively and timely with stakeholders to manage business risks for an adtech platform company
● Mentoring the team so as to provide business value by performing RCA(root cause analysis) of product-
business problem
● Contributing to product development by using open source frameworks including Spring, JPA, Groovy on Grails.
● Architecting, designing and writing REST APIs, Micro services.
● Designing test automation using TDD approach to prepare, design and write testcases and maintain builds.
● Developing build and deployment pipelines using DevOps(CI/CD) approach with Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker
on AWS.
