Devrim Tufan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and architecture. Devrim started their career at Finansmedia Financial IT Services in 2001 as a Software Engineer before moving on to Tradesoft as a Software Engineer from 2002 to 2005. In 2007, they joined Westbrook Technologies as a Lead Architect, where they played a key role in the development of the FortisBlue web-based electronic document management system.

Devrim then joined Yahoo in 2010 as a Principal Software Engineer, where they worked until 2017. During their time at Yahoo, they were involved in various projects, including the rewrite and re-architecting of the Yahoo Mail frontend framework, making it the fastest launching desktop webmail client in the market.

In 2017, Devrim joined Oath as a Principal Software Engineer, where they introduced a mobile AFT and performance utilization API for native apps, focusing on data collection, ingestion, and building monitoring tools and dashboards.

In 2019, they joined Verizon Media as a Senior Principal Architect, bringing their expertise in architecture to the company.

Most recently, in 2020, Devrim joined Nextdoor as a Software Engineer, continuing their contributions in the software engineering field.

Devrim Tufan completed their undergraduate education at Marmara University, where they studied Computer and Electronics Science from 1996 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a graduate degree at the University of New Haven and obtained an MBA from 2005 to 2007.
